All payments made on Face Lobby are final and non-refundable except in cases outlined below.

2. Deposits

Deposited funds are intended for participation in matches and platform services.

3. Play Requirement

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and anti-fraud policies, deposited funds must be used in gameplay activity before becoming eligible for withdrawal.

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions, platform technical errors, or unauthorized transactions (subject to review).

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in account suspension and permanent restriction.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
